A native of northeastern Pennsylvania, Jill Rosentel came to Ithaca in 2000, in search of a more enlightened community than the one she left. For seven years she managed the service staff at Viva Cantina on the Ithaca Commons, while earning a degree in Sociology and Cultural Anthropology at Wells College in Aurora, NY.

After learning the ropes at a larger local real estate company, Jill was pleased to join Carol Bushberg Real Estate and become a member of a small, locally owned, grassroots company.

Jill was voted the Ithaca Times’ People’s Choice for Best Realtor in Ithaca (4x!!) and is the only area Realtor to earn the title since 2012. Jill was recognized for her dedication to first time home buyers by the Ithaca Board of Realtors, and her love of hiking, yoga and meditation keep her grounded while navigating the bustling Ithaca market.
