A lifelong resident of Ithaca, Julia brings a long history of living, working, and raising family in Tompkins County. After graduating magna cum laude from the University of Maryland with a Paralegal Certificate and a degree in Criminology, Julia spent over a decade working in the not-for-profit sector as an advocate for victims of domestic violence and low-income families. Her own goals for homeownership were achieved when she purchased a home in the City of Ithaca through the INHS First Time Homebuyer program. Not long after, she reunited with her high school sweetheart, who is a firefighter with the City of Ithaca. Together they have a beautiful, blended family and in 2014, they had twin daughters of their own, one of whom was born with special needs. Julia utilizes her years of advocacy experience in order to best serve her clients. Her understanding of local resources, entertainment, and all things “Ithaca” makes her a wealth of knowledge for buyers and sellers. “I offer my clients guidance and comfort. I’ve always been a helper, it’s in my DNA.”
