About Melynda | Carol Bushberg Real Estate

Melynda Johnson-Wissar, Licensed NYS Real Estate Salesperson, is originally from Marcellus, NY. As a child, her family ventured south to enjoy Ithaca’s charms; as an adult, she knew that Ithaca was the right place to call home. An experienced Realtor, Melynda has sold real estate since 2015. She and her husband Enrique brought their vision to the renovation of many homes, including the artisan-crafted bungalow they currently share at the edge of Upper Treman State Park. Service-oriented and a dedicated professional, she brings an experienced eye and kind-hearted exuberance to her established real estate practice.
