Associate Broker Jill Rosentel, a five year veteran of the Ithaca real estate market, joined Carol in 2011, in response to burgeoning demand. In 2014, Associate Broker Hilda Moleski became part of Carol Bushberg Real Estate, bringing with her ten years of real estate experience and fluency in both Spanish and French. KiRa Fritzky-Randolph became a Licensed Real Estate Salesperson in June 2016, after working for a year as the company’s Director of Information Technology & Marketing.

Since the Phase Two Re-Opening we are able to meet with our buyer and seller clients inside their properties. What a relief to be able to evaluate listings while together, albeit masked. There are many protocols and forms to be signed, to be used by contact tracers in the event of a problem. We’re glad to comply all in the spirit of keeping us, our family and friends, and the wider community healthy.
